How does onboarding work?
Every plan includes guided onboarding. We help you map your goals, connect your data sources, and configure your first executive overview, typically within two weeks.
Which data sources can I connect?
Connect Outlook, Teams, and Mail to suggest My Week drafts from your own activity. Intelligence plans and above include API keys, Zapier/Power Automate/n8n, CSV/Sheets sync, webhooks, and CSV import to feed KPIs — plus a conflict queue when sources disagree.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. Sign-in supports password with optional MFA, plus Microsoft Entra and Google SSO on all paid plans. Connected Microsoft 365 activity is encrypted, retained per your company policy (default 90 days), and deleted when a user disconnects.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or adjust your plan as your team grows. Our team will help you find the right fit during your demo.
